"Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!"

"Everything was wonderful. The decor in the room and the dining room were beautiful. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding and great choices. The owner and her friend were very friendly and we had great conversations. It was definitely a highlight of our time there. It would be a great place for a get together and was close to everything in town"

"Great location and great communication by host. Would highly recommend. Came for the craft beer walk and we were able to walk to Flagler Avenue and beach - both minutes away. Great back deck area to hang out on. Renovation going on at house behind but that could not be helped. I would stay here again!"

"House was exactly as described. Clean, easy check-in process, very detailed instructions on everything. Only drawback was shared pool, which was clearly identified up front. We didn’t use one day and the other tenants in the complex used the pool, but wouldn’t have been enough room for us all (chairs, etc). Location to the beach was fantastic and items for beach in the garage was great also. Would stay here again. "
