* **Bathrooms 1 & 2:** Both bathrooms are fully equipped and offer convenience and privacy.

* **Living Areas:** The home boasts a spacious living area, ideal for relaxation and socializing.

* **Game Room:** Enjoy hours of fun in our dedicated game room, complete with a pool table, Rocking sofa, Foosball and work-out area.

The property's location offers a balance of tranquility and accessibility, making it simple to explore the region.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at BeachPark Retreat. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late checkouts may be accommodated upon request and for an additional fee. Unauthorized late checkouts after 11:00 AM will incur a $100 fee. Complimentary parking is available in the garage. Guests are welcome to bring pets, but charges may apply. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home; violations will result in a fee and immediate cancellation of the reservation. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Please adhere to occupancy limits as stated in the listing description. For garbage pickup, kindly place the trash cans on the street for Wednesday morning collection if your stay includes a Tuesday. During hot weather, please water the plants and flowers. Tampering with or disabling exterior cameras will result in a fee and immediate eviction without a refund. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our guests.
