Backyard w/gas grill & seating for outdoor dining as well. A side courtyard provides resting in the sun or shade. Washer and dryer available. 4 houses from the beach.Walking distance to shopping, dining, theater and amusement rides.

You may use the backyard for grilling and eating and use side courtyard for relaxing and sunning yourselves.Thats where the two outside showers are located for rinsing off after the beach.
Other things to note
The owners do not allow guests book the property if they are under the age of 25 .
Free parking is available on the street.
2 outdoor showers available to rinse off after the beach.
Please remember to bring your bed linens, towels, beach towels and chairs.
Beach badges may be borrowed during your visit with a $50 deposit cash per badge. This will be promptly returned to you, when the badges are physically returned to us.
