ハウスルール

1. Blankets provided for each bed. Coverlets and decorative pillows are on each bed, as well. GUESTS NEED TO BRING OWN FITTED SHEETS, REGULAR SHEETS, AND PILLOWS WITH CASES. Significantly soiled bedding should be laundered by tenant prior to departure in provided full size washer/dryer. Failure to do so may result in excess cleaning fee deducted from security deposit. 2. 4 beach badges provided. If lost, replacement cost of $40/badge will be charged to security deposit. 3. Garbage pickup occurs twice weekly. Four 32 gallon garbage cans are provided for the unit in front of the house. Two are for regular garbage and two marked for recycling. Schedule for pickup is on calendar hanging on pegboard in kitchen. All garbage must be placed in plastic garbage bags and then in the cans provided in front of house. Single stream recycling of paper/glass/plastic is the local law. Failure to properly dispose of garbage at end of stay may result in excess cleaning fee deducted from security deposit. 4. An \"Instructional Manual\" is provided with details concerning operation of various appliances/gas grill, WiFi access codes, garbage pickup schedule, local restaurant menus, entertainment/activity brochures, and map to local supermarket. 5. Owner to be contacted with concerns on cell number provided.

Great location, clean and family friendly

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It was clean, easy to find, had ample parking, and was a block from the sand. Perfect distance with littles. Steve reached out at check-in to make sure we didn’t have any issues and was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

LBI reunion

We had a great vacation on LBI. The location is great as it is 1 block to the beach. Able to sit on the porch and watch all the activity of beach Ave. The house is clean and reflects old school LBI cottages. Great value.

Awesome trip for family with little ones

Thank you Steve for a wonderful vacation experience for my family and first visit for my kids. The house was clean, well kept, and very close to the beach which was ideal for early morning walks, midday trips, and nightly visits to watch the fireworks. Everything was perfect and would love to come again next year

Cozy, clean, and close to the beach!

3 adults and 2 children stayed at the house. Two other adults stayed for a few days as well. We were all pleased with the rental. It was very clean and cozy. We were lucky to meet the owners who stayed on the 2nd floor while we were there. The owners were so nice. They kept to themselves as to not bother us, but I have two curious boys that like to meet new people. The owner was very accommodating. We will be returning next year.

Unbeatable location!

Clean, well-equipped and lots of parking, this Beach Haven duplex was the perfect fit for our group. We had upstairs and downstairs units, and the upstairs deck was the perfect gathering spot. Corner location, outdoor shower and walk or bike to most attractions and eatery's. The owner was just lovely to work with. A great choice for our large group! Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to be together again - it was full of special memories and laughter.

Clean, and chock full of amenities. Can't ask for more. Great comfortable beds. Ice cold air conditioning. Everything functioning as you'd hope for. Amazing communication. We're staying there again for sure.
