"Make sure you call the hotel directly because you need to fill in forms electronically prior to getting a room code. There is no one at the office after 5pm. Room was OK; property is nice by the water; breakfast was nice and outside by the water"

"I did stay in check in an within five mins there roaches In the room - the desk told me that it is palm bugs , but I know roaches when I see them "

"View was excellent, room was clean. Unfortunately construction right next to property started the week we were there. Also I think that if you book through a third party like Expedia you get the less desirable room—-we ended up having to book an extra day bc our flight as delayed by 12 hours and so it was very obvious that the room we moved to was much much better—more updated—than the one we stayed in for the first four days. Not a big fan of Ft Myers—had zero good meals. The location of our place was great though—away from all of the noise/busyness but close enough to walk."

"Rooms are clean. Views are wonderful. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Needs better pillows (they are horrible) and balcony chairs (they are very flimsy). Should have enough parking spaces for the number of guest rooms. "

"Apartment extremely plain, no decor no decorations or paintings on wall bed was comfortable old style blinds when the sun came up was very light in the rooms. Security light outside kept coming on when a car came down the street had a kitchenette however no stove. There was a hot plate in one of the closets. AC worked well in the living room and bedroom. However, the apartment had a bad odor smelled like cat urine connected with the host and he said no control over what other renters cooked, but it didn’t smell like food asked for housekeeping to come never came bought myself Lysol disinfectant spray it helped a little no TV in the bedroom only in the living room and no couch had two small recliners"
