「I was unaware it would have been helpful to rent a car due to its location. The area and building was still under construction. Noisy during the week. No restaurant or food in the building. Store was 1 1/2 miles away so on first day I had not way to buy food until I rented a bike the next day. Or rent an Uber. Condo was amazing!! Beach front. Clean and large open concept. Large balcony. 「We came down for our honeymoon. This place was amazing the view is breathtaking. We could sit in the bedroom, in the living room or on the balcony and still have an unobstructed view. We saw manatee, dolphins, and stingrays every day. If you are thinking about booking this place DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.」

「Very nice for family. The elevator did not , however, work. I walk with a can and the steps were hard for me to maneuver. Everyone else was fine and I did manage to get up and down with help from my children. We swam in the pool and the beach was very close . Some of our local relatives came for dinner and they thought the house was great.」

「We enjoyed being a block and a 1/2 away walking distance from the beach. Plenty of chairs and a roll cooler to use. We did not have power to one room - reached out to the owner and she tried to get someone to fix but due to current rebuild situation in the area - was not able to fix while we were there. We made due but was a little disheartening. For our short stay- it was a nice stay.」

「Had a great week visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel areas. The house was very nice—great area, clean and company easy to work with. Still sad to see the devastation from Ian; looks like a lot of places are being rebuilt but feel very sorry for the small business owners and the people that don’t have cash flow to rebuild, due to insurance claims that are being denied. Prayers to all that things will work out positively and that storm season will be mild」

There was an issue with the AC that was fixed within a couple hours. They allowed us to keep our vehicles in the driveway after checkout, so that we could explore a bit. My only negatives are there were some dishes in the cabinet that were quite dirty and I thought we would have more necessities available (salt and pepper, ample toilet paper, coffee...

「If you're going to fort Myers Beach, be prepared to know that it is not going to be the beach of old. They are rebuilding. The lighthouse was fantastic. For that reason. Everything was great the whole time. The environment is still rebuilding but it felt like it's getting there.」
