Location, location, location! Zocalo Central is smack in the middle of the historical district of Mexico City, and everything is right outside the hotel door. The staff were entirely professional and courteous, the room clean and comfortable, and the shower amazing. This place is an excellent stay and well worth it.

The staff were absolutely stupendous. They took care of me and my Aunt as though we were family. Elizabeth, the concierge, was beyond sweet. My aunt is diabetic and needed some equipment and they were happy to take care of her with no cost to us. It was beyond sweet. Roberto and Eulysis and everyone were the best team. I can hardly wait to return. This has become one of my top choices to travel to from now on.
