I really liked this area because of the hospitality mainly, the area nearby many restaurants, shopping and transportation. There’s even a pool on the top floor that wasn’t used much plus a weight room. I definitely would return.

A Pleasant Surprise in the Heart of Mexico City
I booked Vuestro Hotel without knowing anything about it — I just needed a place to stay for two nights in Mexico City and decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!
Located on a quiet street in a typical city neighborhood, this urban hotel makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The front desk staff welcomes you warmly and professionally, setting the tone for an excellent stay.
The hotel has four floors and a cozy lobby that also serves as the dining area. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the comforts you would expect from a five-star hotel.
Breakfast is included, delicious, and served with great care. The location is fantastic — central but tucked away from the city’s noise, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding service in Mexico City.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel in a Prime Location
We had a fantastic stay at Alteza Polanco! The hotel is beautifully maintained, quiet, and located in one of Mexico City’s most upscale neighborhoods. It was the perfect base for exploring Polanco and nearby attractions.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the overall service exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique-style experience in CDMX with excellent service and location, Alteza Polanco is a great choice.
