"Although I only stayed one night, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Greystone. Marcos and Julie at the front desk were very kind to me and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. I also met Pawan, the head chef and owner of the hotel. He provided excellent hospitality and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and professionalism shown by the staff. I hope to stay here again in the future."

"The staff did the best they could do. But arrived to my 2 bedroom, 2 bath room not being available because they overbooked. My options were to either get two separate rooms or getting a refund and being forced to find something else on the fly. The room keys NEVER worked. I even got locked inside my rooom one time. After that I made them replace the lock on the door. The pullout sofa did not pull out. They had to replace that too. So I don’t blame the staff because I believe they do the best they can with what they are given. "
