The cozy apartment with balcony impresses with its Upper Bavarian charm and the view over the romantic little Larchbach to the Seeberg and the Traithen. The 36 m² apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. You can reach the Bayrischzell suspension lift, the starting point for a visit to the Sudelfeld ski paradise, after just 800 m (10-minute walk or 4-minute drive). In addition, the starting and ending points of the Wendelstein Männlein hiking trail, one of countless routes in the area, are located in the immediate vicinity of Haus Annamirl (30 m).
