"To start the trip was fine. The afternoon clerk was friendly but the morning clerk was not. He was actually rude and not very personable to greet people when they are checking in. The suite was great but our AC went out that night so we woke up hot and had to get dressed in the heat. We had to change rooms which was very inconvenient but the suite was the same it was also very nice. The Valet service was also great and very helpful. Our stay was good for the weekend we were having but not great for the weekend wanted to have. "

"Eleanor at the front desk went out of her way with her kindness. The manager was approachable and attentive. The restraint and bar staff were efficient and accommodating. The entire property was immaculately kept. The pool was heated, which was very nice for the chilly days. "
