  • Lovely big house with 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, terrace, fireplaces inside and outside, amazing view everywhere, fully equipped kitchen, grill outside, fence around the property of 1700 square meters, 2 parking places, bus- station directly next to the house. 15 minute walk to Bad Reichenhall Royal Garden and also a 20 minute drive by car to Salzburg or Berchtesgaden. We think - best place to be :-)

Wonderful dog-friendly house!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious house, perfect for our family of 4 plus two dogs. The fenced yard was wonderful for our kids and dogs to play, and we very much enjoyed the beautiful patio. Great location, convenient to Berchtesgaden/Ramsau for sightseeing (25 min drive) and lovely to explore Bad Reichenhall. Billie was friendly and responsive, definitely recommend!

Perfect family holiday

It was a beautiful location, with mountain views and a leafy walk to the spa town. A near by lake that some of us ventured in despite the extreme cold temperature of the crystal clear water. Cable car to snow topped mountain was fun. We were fortuneate to have sunshine for the whole week. Supermarket near by too, plus a nice retaurant.

Loved staying here - highly recommend

We loved staying at this property. It was close to many attractions. The town was peaceful and regular walks to downtown bayrisch gmain was very enjoyable. The location is great for a peaceful relaxing vacation. The house is a good size with two showers and two toilets. Plenty of space for guests to spread out. House was setup very nice and clean. We loved staying here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Salzburg is about a 15-20 minute drive. The host was great and very responsive and attentive.

Das Alpen Chalet ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Toller Blick auf die Berge von der Terrasse. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Gastgeber.Ortsmitte Bad Reichenhall in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto - 15 Minuten zu Fuß Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Häuschen ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr genossen haben wir die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Berge.Es liegt auch ideal, sowohl zum wandern, als auch für Ausflüge zur Erkundung der Umgebung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Super komfortabel und kostenlos mit der Staatsbad Gastkarte.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns im Haus und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna haben wir auch sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr gut organisiert. Vielen Dank an Frau Hartmann und Frau Salzeder. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Von der freundlichen, unkomplizierten Abwicklung, dem herzlichen Willkommen Frau Hartmanns bis zu den toll gestalteten, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Räumen des Hauses. Genau unser Geschmack, wir wurden hier mit unseren Bedürfnissen voll abgeholt. Die Woche ging viel zu schnell vorüber. Herzlichen Dank!

Eine sehr erholsame Woche

Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der Blick ist Erholung pur. Neben dem digitalen Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war besonders die ausführende Hand Frau Hartmann unglaublich nett und bei Fragen immer verfügbar. Gerne wieder, wenn auch besser mit weniger Personen, da die Schlafcouch im Keller weder ein richtiges Kopfkissen hatte, noch bequem genug zum Schlafen war.

Urlaub Juli 2023

Ich habe mit meiner Mutti und Hund in dem wunderschönem Haus eine Woche Urlaub verbracht. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung des Objektes erstklassig, eher noch besser als erwartet. Das Haus ist wunderschön und groß, alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Garten, mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge, war ein Traum. Die Woche war viel zu kurz, um die vielen schönen Ecken der Umgebung zu erkunden. Ganz besonders möchte ich die sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Frau Salzedder und Frau Hartmann erwähnen, wir haben uns gleich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank noch mal. Diese Unterkunft können wir 100 % weiterempfehlen. LG aus Sachsen-Anhalt

Umgeben von Bergen

Die fünf Tage, die wir in dem wunderschönen Haus verbringen durften, kann man nicht anders beschreiben als: erholsam und gleichzeitig erlebnisreich. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft mit einem schönen Garten und einer Terrasse, von der aus man einen Teil der 5 Berge, die sich rundherum befinden, sehen kann. Es gibt genug Platz auch, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte. Es herrscht eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und Energie im Haus, was sowohl mit der Einrichtung, als auch mit der liebevollen Fürsorge zu tun hat, mit der sich um das Haus und um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Wann immer es Fragen gab, konnten wir Frau Hartmann, die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarin kontaktieren. Sie war zuständig für unseren Check in und Check out und hat auch sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Salzeder, der Besitzerin des Hauses, lief reibungslos. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!!

5 mountain view august 2022

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in diesem top ausgestatteten Ferienhaus Wir haben uns als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 7 und 9 Jahre) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Vor Anreise bekamen wir von Billie Salzeder zahlreiche Ausflugstipps in der näheren Umgebung und vor Ort konnten wir uns jeder Zeit an Ela Hartmann wenden. Vielen Dank dafür. Wenn wir wieder einmal in dieser Ecke Urlaub machen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Billie Salzeder anfragen

très agréable séjour

maison confortable, bien équipée, très propre. salon de jardin idéal pour les apéritifs de vacances. localisation permettant a la fois des visites (tout près de Salzbourg), des balades et profiter des thermes. Baignade possible dans les lacs aux alentours. Billie est adorable et très disponible. Seul regret: il a fait trop chaud pour profiter du sauna qui paraissait bien sympatique!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie unseren Urlaub verbracht. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Bad Reichenhall. Viele Seen in der Nähe. Der Wagginger See ist perfekt für die ganze Familie. Wanderstrecken gibt es unendlich viele. Es wird nicht langweilig. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet genug Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn was gefehlt hat,brauchte man nur bescheid geben. Im großen und ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub.
