"Point Break" consists of 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people. There are 2 living areas, a spacious bathroom and 2 ensuites. Get cosy by the fireplace or enjoy the air conditioning in the warmer months while you relax in this exquisite property. Your home away from home is a single-story holiday home situated in one of the most picturesque streets in Bawley which is only a short stroll from the local shops.

This home provides a luxurious coastal experience with serviced linen supplied, free Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning to ensure you are provided with the essentials you need for a stress free holiday. The owners also have a highchair, bassinet and other baby items if needed.



Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.



Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.



Please note - the spa is not available to guests - please respect the owners wishes and do not attempt to use the spa.



Bawley Point is situated 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. The property provides plenty of off-street parking with room to for a boat should you wish to enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters.



The house is located a mere 15 mins walk from the beautiful Gannet and Murramarang Beaches and Gannet Beach and these as well as another 8 local beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away.



Bawley Vale winery is worth a cellar door visit and the world class restaurants of Milton and Mollymook are only 25 mins drive away. Drive just 30 minutes west to enjoy the Clyde River Berry Farm, where in December and January you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.



There is so much to explore and enjoy in the area so make "Point Break" and Bawley Point your next holiday destination and experience the South Coast at its best.



This property has a strict no party policy. Booking guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.



The property does have complimentary Wifi. Please note: Mollymook Milton Holidays will not be held liable for any outages or shortages with internet services.



Other Things to Note:

Point Break provides serviced linen and Wifi - however this does NOT include beach towels.

The Spa is NOT for guest use.

Guests are required to bring all pantry, personal and toiletry items, including additional toilet paper for the length of their stay.
