The terrace is accessed from a French window adjacent to the kitchen area. The bathroom has a window. All the windows of the apartment have a beautiful open view of the lake.
The apartment is part of a lakeside residential complex, immersed in a park of particular beauty, crossed by a stream with a small waterfall, with internal parking spaces reserved for guests and with a private, closed beach with a pier, exactly in front to Fishermen's Island.
