"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home.
A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list.

"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."

"Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable.
Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."
