Apartment is very clean and modern comfortable. I really enjoyed apartment located high floor amazing sea sea view . Room has big fridge washing machine microwave wave. Has kitchen and all facility. Room is siutable for 3 person. Near the building is many activity. For example near the building is many restaurants supermarket pharmacy; Boulevard and dancing fountain. I was 42 floor very comfortable room directly sea view. Sunset side . Room is vell equipped building itself is new ans modern. Bed is comfortable good mattress clean towels linen. I had a wonderful stay at Orbi City Hotel in Batumi. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing sea view. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batumi and would love to come back again!

This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.

This is not the famous HOLIDAY INN hotels. I was put in very small and dirty room completely different from the listed photos. Waiting time at the elevator was very long 30-45 minutes, always busy and croweded. No house keeping every day. It is absolutely not worth the price you pay for.
