「Room in bad state; taps leaked, towel holders collapsed, kitchen Venetian blinds not working; air con failed to work; broken down furniture, only 1 fan in lounge; no AC, no fan, we couldn’t sleep…, slept on the floor. Worst nightmare staying here.」

「Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur! I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

「We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. 」

「perfect accommodation!」

「Washroom with broken Bidet, soap holder, dirty commode, and untidy washroom.. linens were old and worne, rats and roachers around and inside the property, check in limited to 10PM late night travellers be aware. No food in the court after 8PM and not a conveninet place to walk and find food.. im not booking next time for sure.! 」

「New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. 」

「Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)」

「The location is excellent and had a comfortable stay. There was a minor issue with biting and communicated this and resolved quickly with the agent. The unit pricing was a bit more expensive compared to other La but I booked it last linutr and had no other choice. The agent was good handling any issues raised.」
