「Convenient location, friendly staff comfortable bed and pillows」

「Simon the Landlord and Michaela, who was behind the Bar when I arrived, were hospitable and very welcoming. The bed was super cosy and Seaford is a lovely place to visit - something for everyone. The Welly does great food - I heard people talking about it when I was waiting for my train home!! The pub has bingo and quiz nights. I recommend The Wellington. Be aware it is room only which I didn't realise. It wasn't a problem for me as I'm not a fan of a big breakfast. I had booked The Wellington...

「From the moment we arrived Carol made us feel welcomed. She showed us to our room and explained meals times. She made us feel so at home. The room was cosy and decorated in the style of the coaching inn. Dark furnishings and a king sized bed. Lots of drawers to store clothes and a good sized wardrobe too. Lovely modern shower room with hand wash, body wash and shampoo products provided. Ironing board, hair dryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities, tv and bottled water also...

「We stayed in three. The room was big, but it was including waste space where no one stays there. If sofa bed was opened, no space to walk or open your luggage. The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners. 「We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely old inn. The ensuite bathroom was amazing for such an old place. Very modern, very clean with a good-sized and fully powered shower and a nice area set aside with a make-up mirror. The landlord was very friendly. A good location for walking in the countryside or visiting the many nearby homes and gardens. We'll stay there again.」

「Welcoming pub, just stand between the beams if you're 6ft+ tall. Be aware breakfast only starts at 0830 which is too late for most working people but they made me a sandwich to take with me instead so that was appreciated.」
