The town itself is delightful, locals extremely helpful. A basic knowledge of Spanish is definite plus. The 3 to 4 hour trip from Creel to Batapista goes through some majestic canyons.

A nice location near the river, with pleasant local staff. However there are no facilities at the hotel, only the room. It is a good 15 minute walk to town, the hotel cannot provide any transport. There was no hot water. There were several better options in Batapista

Staff was awesome!! Great location if your going to the juarez consulate! They have other things over the front desk that you can ask for if needed! Just good stay fornthe price paid.
