I cancel my reservation with no refund from Expedia, at checking I was assigned to a room that was dirty, the bed looked very undone the bed looked old and like it was sinking in the middle, at the bathroom area seemed like someone threw up and wasn’t cleaned. I was checked into a different room afterwards, the bathroom and counters have bloodstains, carpet not vacuumed. They was a chair on room that was torn and dirty. At that point I decided I did not wanted to stay in a hotel like that with my family. We were in town for the LSU game. After that it put us on a bind looking for another hotel. I called Expedia and got no reimbursement.

This place is in horrible condition. The beds were sagging so bad in the middle you couldn't sleep. The AC struggled to keep the room cool. Everything looked dirty and old. Stains in the halls on the carpets are horrible. I wouldn't even try the breakfast because every thing looked so bad. The coffee came out like syrup and the juice machine was out of order. It is also in a bad location. I will never stay here again.

The air conditioner was not working, the bathroom was filthy and no housekeeping staff was available. My room was switched from 216 to 316 but air conditioner was still not cooling. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone. Other residents were also complaining about the air. Terrible experience and will not return to any la Quinta hotels.

This place was horrible! I had 2 room they both had a bad smell that I had to go ask for air freshener. In one room the fire alarm was beeping that I had to go down twice to ask for a battery to replace that they didn’t have. My husband had to end up taking it down to stop the beeping. While I was in the hobby to tell the guy about the smell and everything else with my room another lady that had just checked in came back to the lobby freaking out that she had two roaches crawling on her room wall. My son was in my other room that the next morning told us they never got any sleep cause their A/c wasn’t working and their room stayed warm so my husband went to see and it was so old that the A/c was falling off the wall. This hotel is so dirty that the inside the bathroom door has never been wiped down it black around the doorknob and spiderwebs on top the door. The elevator had chips all over the floor and the hallway was full of stains. This is a place that I will never stay at again!!

As I drove past the strip club next door. I knew this was not good. It looked like an old motel someone slapped a La Quinta sign on. I went in told the person at the counter I would need to see the place. The elevator was all beat up. The hallways had scratches all over smelled of roaches, stains in the carpet there were people partying in the rooms. I got out of there fast and as I was leaving someone dressed as a working girl walked across the lot.

Toilet was damn near falling off the paint was falling off and rust was visible when we would ask for things they would say they would have housekeeping get it for us but it would never happen the window had no screen and the outlet on the left side of the bed has no outlet cover

Our room was disgustingly dirty with holes in the walls. The staff when I called barely spoke when asking questions. Out sheets had what looked to be like blood.
