Modern vacation home with private garden

Located in Bathernay, this simplistic holiday home is perfect for a weekend getaway. It can accommodate up to 5 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a roofed terrace and barbecue for you to sit back and relax after a long day.

The lake lies 5 km from the home. The nearest restaurants and grocery store are 7 km from the home. You can also visit Romans-sur-Isère et 20 km Valence at 35 km. Tennis is at 7 km and golf course is a short drive away.

A garden is accessible for you to enjoy a delicious platter of barbecue with your dear ones. A children’s bed and high chair are available in the home on request. Fireplace and heating are available in the premises for a comfortable stay. Play equipment and table tennis table are provided for recreational purposes.

The guests can check-in from 4-7 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.

Der Preis/die Qualität, die für dieses Ferienhaus gilt, ist in Ordnung. Annie war Gastfreundin und Gastfreundschaft, aber sie war nicht auf der Suche. Das Haus lag auf einem rustikalen Plek mit vielen Aussichten. Die Erfindung war vollständig. Erg veel Muggen, aber sie waren schrecklich schrecklich für die Ramen. In Bathernay gibt es nichts zu tun, Sie müssen sogar für Supermärkte (15 Minuten) und Aktivitäten unterwegs sein. Von Valence (35 Min.), Vercors zum Wandel, Palais Idéal (15 Min.), Lac de Champos (10 Min.) und Chateaux Charmes (10 Min.) bis zum nächsten Ziel. Aanrader!

Mooi huis en ruime tuin. Een stukje afgelegen van de weg, heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Uitzicht ook erg mooi. Op de berg boven Bathernay is een mooi panorama uitzicht! Verhuurder ook bijzonder vriendelijk! Wij hebben ons er heerlijk vermaakt met 3 kinderen en genoten van het mooie weer en Franse landschap.

Groot en fijn huis! Heerlijk rustig en afgelegen. De gastvrouw kan een klein beetje Engels wat de communicatie makkelijker maakt. Het staat in een heuvelachtig gebied, en met een uurtje rijden ben je in de Alpen. Een aanrader om naar toe te gaan!

Perfect: groot huisje, grote tuin, veel ruimte, 100% ongestoord en super stilte, ruimte voor opblaaszwembad in de tuin, geen muggen, Grenoble in de buurt. Erg aardige mevrouw de eigenaar. Minder perfect: Ver rijden om dingen te doen, huisje nogal oud, bij warmte is het afzien. Neem extra ventilatoren en een zwembad mee. Meertje op 7 minuten afstand is een beetje druk en vies.

Gastvrije ontvangst in een heerlijk rustig gelegen ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht. Het overdekte terras biedt voldoende schaduw. De slaapkamers hebben een hor voor de ramen, maar we hebben weinig insecten gezien. Wel veel vlinders. De omgeving is afwisselend. We hopen hier nog eens terug te komen.

Bonjour Mesdames , Messieurs, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil était chaleureux et sympathique. Le gîte est impeccable , propre et bien équipé. La Propriétaire était disponible pour nos demandes durant le séjour. Nous avons apprécié le calme du site. De la terrasse, très belle vue sur les montagnes du Vercors et des Alpes.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Séjour agréable avec une superbe vue

L'accueil est très sympathique et chaleureux , le gîte est impeccable , propre et bien équipé. La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos demandes durant le séjour . Deze zomer hebben we hier een week doorgebracht. Heerlijk huis, rustig gelegen en alles mooi verzorgd en heel schoon. Omdat we al in Frankrijk waren vroegen we of we eerder aan konden komen, dat was mogelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen, met oa een recreatiemeer vlakbij en de bergen van de Vercors op een uur rijden. In het huis liggen ook allemaal tips / folders voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De schommel was een succes bij onze kinderen, het overdekte terras biedt plaats aan een opblaasbadje (zelf meenemen).

Moeilijk te vinden. Hartelijke ontvangst. Mooi fris ruim huis, met oog voor details. En een heerlijke grote tuin. Annie is heel hulpvaardig, maar dringt zich niet op. Het kapotte koffiezetapparaat was binnen een dag vervangen. Mooie omgeving. We hebben enkele mooie bewegwijzerde wandelingen in de buurt kunnen doen. 1 komt zelfs langs de woning. Het Palais Ideal van de postbode Cheval is een aanrader.

Hadden ons van tevoren goed georiënteerd op de ligging van het huis en reden er probleemloos naar toe. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Uitstekende, schone, gezellige accommodatie. Ruim overdekt terras met fantastisch uitzicht. Grote tuin met over de hele dag wel ergens schaduw. Het huis ligt in een rustig, niet overdreven toeristisch gebied met een prachtige natuur. Binnen een straal van 30 km meer dan genoeg te doen. In het huisje veel folders. Bezoekje aan de VVV in St-Donat de moeite waard.

Huisje was wat lastig te vinden (ligt een stukje van de weg af), maar hebben daarna een schitterende week gehad. Heel comfortabel, voor de kinderen een heerlijke tuin. En als er eens iets was, loste de eigenaresse het meteen op (de WiFi, onmisbaar natuurlijk...). Omgeving is prachtig, veel te doen ook.

Om bij het huis te komen reden we een flink stuk door het landelijk terrein van ...

Om bij het huis te komen reden we een flink stuk door het landelijk terrein van de Drome. De coördinaten die we van de Belvilla-website overgenomen hadden in GoogleMaps stuurden ons bovenaan een heuvel waar het huis niet was. Het was even zoeken, maar na uiteindelijk de heuvel af te zijn gegaan en beneden uitgestapt te zijn na 5 minuten het huis kunnen vinden. Dat komt waarschijnlijk doordat het huis achterin een tuin van een ander huis staat en het alleen te bereiken is door over een klein met stenen verhard pad te gaan. Voor toekomstige bezoekers Het huis waar je moet aanbellen heeft BLAUWE LUIKEN aan de buitenkant. Het huisnummer klopt zoals vermeld in de reisbeschrijving en is staat in 3 kleine rode tegeltjes. Het huis zelf is ons zeer goed bevallen. What you see op de foto's van de Belvilla-site is echt what you get. Mooi uitzicht over de glooiende heuvels van de Drome, genoeg schaduwrijke plekjes, keurige voorzieningen en bedden en een rustige omgeving. Het huis wordt gedeeld met een onderbuurman, maar daar hadden we totaal geen last van. De kinderen vonden de speeltoestellen erg leuk. In het huis is voldoende informatie over de omgeving met allerlei activiteiten te vinden. In de omgeving is er voldoende te doen. Bij mooi weer naar Lac de Champos op zo'n 10 minuten rijden en als uitstapjes zijn er voldoende leuke steden in de buurt St Donat, Lyon en Vienne. Het huis is een prima plek om de Drome verder te verkennen.
