"Air con didn't work but I only needed a couple of degrees so not a huge complaint. Shower head could have been descaled. It sprayed everywhere when I turned it on. None of this bothered me enough to want to change rooms. The staff were great and friendly. The room was pleasant and comfy. Would definitely stay again."
