This lovely property is a heritage building in close walking distance to the central hub of the city. It has been recently renovated inside and is very clean and nicely appointed. The reception was friendly and helpful. Bath and bed were excellent. Highly recommend.

Lovely, friendly B&B in a great spot

A charming little B&B in an historic old house on the edge of Bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy for us to leave luggage before check in time. The decor is really well thought through, lots of little flourishes. Breakfast was excellent, and had quite a lot of options. It's a ten minute walk into the centre and there's lots of parking nearby, for which the hotel are happy to help you process payment on the local authority's system. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I came back to Bath.

Great room

We stayed for two nights. Hosts were extremely helpful. We stayed in room 6 and had to climb 3 flights of stairs. As pensioners it was a struggle. This would have been good to note this on there web site. It was explained why they didn’t have a lift due to regulations. Hotel was central and easy walking distance to bath. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and all freshly cooked.

A wonderful place to stay

This B&B is just charming. It's in a historical building, retaining the characteristics of its original state while also having been updated with modern conveniences. The bathroom was utterly new. And it was all spotlessly clean. We were warmly welcomed by the host who took the time to point out the best routes to take for various attractions in Bath. With just six guest rooms, it was calm and quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was stellar; made to order and delicious. The dining room was lovely, which each table beautifully set. Worth absolutely every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Charming and cosy rooms with a large clean and modern bathroom. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast and the extremely friendly staff. We were stuffed by the end and had to decline the offer of seconds - delicious and tempting as the full English was.

The proprietary was super knowledgeable and really wanted us to have a great time. Which we did. Followed his advice and it was great. He even made us a reservation for dinner. Also the breakfast was oer the top amazing.

This place was fantastic. Highly recommended. We count ourselves lucky we got in because of a cancellation. Adrian was far and away the best host I have had anywhere I have ever stayed. Great breakfast, very helpful, full of great advice for spur of the moment visitors. Cannot recommend highly again. Thanks again Adrian, you were great. Very pleasant experience and delicious breakfast. Need to pay for around £17 for parking. The only thing is we can only book the smallest room and the double bed and the room is too small for us. If book other bigger room will be perfect. Perfect and quiet location to explore BAth
