Unsure where the "granny flat" was as there were two houses on the property. It ended up being a large room under one of the houses. It was not separate from the property. Walking to it was dangerous as it was dark and still had construction rubble around. There was no path to it. The TV was not set up and we missed out on watching the footy Grand Final.

Accommodation was ok no problem however you could not bring a suit case down the access it was vertically inaccessible.we had to unpack suit cases on the road ,trip hazard all the way uneven dirt surface. Need to be Olympian to reach city centre in7 mins .Experience was disappointing.(side issue no milk in fridge ,insufficient soap in bathroom for 2 adults)
