This large very private 2 Bedroom apartment is located in Batehaven. Features 2 bedrooms, one with Queen size bed and one with double bed. The property has a sea views and within 5 min walk to the beaches. The property is non-smoking, no wifi and is situated 3.4 km from Batemans Bay Marina.

The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (no oven), microwave, washing machine, toaster and fridge. Guests can take in the views of the sea from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. The apartment offers bed linen and towels. Sep shower toilet and bathroom.

You can play pool at the apartment. Guests can also relax in the garden. Sauna available at addition fee.

Unfortunately during our stay in the modst of winter the heater wasnt working and the owner made no attempt to assist during our stay. No cooktop as advertised or access to bbq visible. Washing machine but no way of drying clothes... and no kitchen table or chairs!? Clean, comfortable...and basic. Perfect for an overnight stay....just didnt suit us.
