This is my first time book-in this hotel, I booked 3 rooms; 1 standard room with queen bed, 1 superior room with queen bed and 1 twin bed room. I was so disappointed when I checked in the hotel, the superior and twin bed room have no window and the price is higher than the standard which is cheaper yet there is a window inside and I don’t see any different with the superior room. The toilet was so small till I can’t find a place to place the toilet roll especially after shower.

Good Value for Money and Great Location

Great location in between Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square (BCS) Mall. Staff is friendly, room is comfortable although not very well soundproofed. Breakfast is not worth waking up for though.

Location is real good. Street food is just right in front of the hotel, A2 food court right opposite, in between BCS and Grand Batam. Rooms are simple. Just that the hair dryer is always not available and you have to pay for the additional keycard if you are sraying in a double room.

Comfy stay

Overall stay was barely okay. We checked in quite late around 10:30 pm and intended to leave around 10:00am the next morning. We were tired after running a whole day errands. After undressed to shower and found the body gel dispenser was empty, there was no hand soap for substitute neither. Fortunately the shower water was strong and hot that we could rinse ourselves thoroughly. After shower, we found no toiletries for brushing teeth. We would not expect all these should we were not informed by the hotel website upon booking the room. Again we could only just rinse our mouth without brushing for the night and the next morning. Alright, let's enjoy our paid breakfast for 2 before checking out. The restaurant is quite a small one. But we were more surprised with the menu items being served and they were : Hot Coffee & Tea, Orange Syrup drink, few boiled eggs, packets of Nasi Lemak , white bread for toasting and those were all the food for an expected sumptuous buffet breakfast as advertised on the website............ what else???????????
