"L’eau a été coupée pendant 1.5 jours de mon séjour de 3 jours!! Des milliers d’insectes sont apparues dans le bain alors que je m’apparaît à prendre une douche quand le système d’eau est revenu à la fin de mon séjour. Le dg semblait vouloir nier tout ou minimiser ce grave problème même après lui ..."

"The room needed a deep cleaning...the doors were visibly dirty, the baseboards were grimy and the air conditioner was dreadful...full of dust and dirt hanging from the vents...the border along the bathtub had pulled away ...the beds were clean but overall really needed a deep clean."
