"For the price that we paid it would be hard to beat this hotel . Very nice staff , and helpful . Room was clean , the beds to me weren’t the best if you have back issues, but they were decent . Parking was very easy and right at my door of our room."

"Lovely comfortable, clean, hotel & room which was well maintained. Great location for the conference centre festival and easy walking distance to the town. Parking included. Nice indoor pool also available. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in getting me a postal delivery for a foreign plug adaptor. 🙂"

"A nice location after seeing the Great Smoky Mountain. Very close to the town where a lot of restaurants and shops were found. The room we stayed at is a bit outdated but had a nice view of the creek. It has an actual fire place which we haven't seen in our previous trips. The property should have an upgrade of their rooms. Still, we will recommend the place."

"The host was great!! She responded quickly with any concerns. The cabin is perfect for two!! It’s quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The location of the cabin is very close to all of your sight seeing in the area. The hot tub is a plus!! We definitely enjoyed our stay there!!"
