"We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is what you would expect at any hotel, but the staff is very quick to clean up and restock what is offered. The pool area was being serviced so I cannot comment on it. This hotel is within walking distance to everything on the Gatlinburg strip. The entrance to the GSMNP is less than 5 minutes away. This is our go to place when visiting Gatlinburg."

"I want to be upfront about this, for the people that do nothing but sleep in the hotel like my wife and I do, this place will be just fine. We would stay here again because of how cheap it was. But that is all I can recommend doing. Other pros: - The hotel is pretty central to town, so that was nice when we wanted to walk around. - Staff is friendly - The fridge worked - Bed was pretty comfortable Cons: - We requested room service with both the door tag and at the front desk, and never got it. - The shower leaked badly, regardless of how the curtain was pulled (seemed like it was coming from the tub wall) - The ceiling in the shower was peeling - The ceiling in the room was peeling and looked like the roof leaked - The AC barely got cold on the few days we needed it (we stayed in march when there were a few 70+ degree days) - The indoor pool was kinda gross, it looked nothing like the photos - The room in the TV wouldn't work - Ventilation was a small issue, the couple that stayed in the room next to us were smokers and any time they were outside, you could smell it in our room If you are someone that likes cold rooms, clean showers, a TV to put you to sleep, daily room service, this might not be the place to stay. My wife and I had a great time in town, literally only slept and showered in the room, and would stay here again for the price if we wanted a cheaper trip. But I did expect a little bit of a nicer place. "
