Nice hotel and lovely attentive staff.
The bad:
Probably my incorrect expectations but was expecting room AC for a 4*
The ugly:
Brave the unlit path, if you dare, to get to the Chineham shopping centre. No fault of the hotel but Hampshire County Council should sort this out as its an accident waiting to happen!

Good hotel. Great staff. Not sure about the glass door into the bathroom. We had six rooms booked and nobody liked the lack of privacy in the rooms.

For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard.
