「What a wonderful property owned by lovely sisters. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need, are comfortable and answer all questions. They are absolutely lovely, and their hotel is beautiful. The breakfast that they make you personally to your liking is amazing. I love that the hotel is conveniently located to everything! We walked everywhere from our hotel. Cannot save enough great things about the hotel and the owners!!」

「Great stay. Really friendly staff and you are right in the historic centre, which is so convenient. Can be loud because you are close to the street but that is part of the experience」

「This is not your normal hotel room. It is a very well designed apartment! It is your home away from home. The people working there are amazing ,kind and very helpful! Very quiet and picturesque street! Close to the Historic center and the Basilica . Lots of options for restaurants close by and the coffee shop on the street is a must try ! Thank you !」

「No pudimos ver tv」

「 The location is very good. It’s in front of the plaza Santo Domingo. A family devotion to the business makes you feel very comfortable. They have everything except a trash box in your room.」

「Beautiful historic building in an excellent location. Staff was the highlight of my trip. All of them were the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered at a hotel.」

「This was such a pleasant and personalized experience. We asked to shift to a different room that had a comfy chair we liked and without hesitation it was done. Two bottles of wine were left for us to choose from so we didn’t have to go find a wine store if we wanted some in our room. We were checked on regularly but not too frequently. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which was flawless. And the breakfast was a delightful Ecuadorian experience every morning. This is...

「We arrived midnight to the hotel, even so, friendly night manager and the sensible bell boy were on duty and welcomed us warmly. 」

「The hotel was great for what we needed for a night and the price was very affordable. Staff were very nice and happily switched us to an inside facing room to avoid the traffic noise below. It’s an older style hotel located just two blocks from the main area so super easy to walk to all of the activities.」

「Great staff and clean room」
