"An old hotel, but very updated. Our TV had different options for Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. the room was nice and big, great for 2 people. And it was a 2 minute walk from Nabari Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The only problem we noticed was in the light there were some cobwebs. We did see a spider on the wall as well. Other than that, everything was fine!"

"I really enjoyed the stay. Spacious and well designed room which were clean and well maintained. Great amenities in the room as well as the building such as ice machines and laundry on all / most floors. Check-in process was easy and quick, and same with the check-out. The staff were really friendly and eager to help. It is located within 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station and Avanti shopping mall which has a range of shops and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back to stay. Highly recommended!"
