We were at the end of our Panama/Costa Rica trip and had actually just decided to cut it short because I was starting to feel sick. But we had this last hike to try out and I was just hoping both that I would feel well enough and also that our car would be able to make it back on the very steep gravel road back from the parking spot (after almost getting stuck around Monteverde earlier on the trip). As we’ve been getting used to we were first to arrive so we had this awesome place completely to ourselves for a little while in the morning before other tourists started to drop in. It really felt like a fairytale. (Oh, and the car made it back okay!) #nature #costarica #centralamerica #waterfalls

"The Most Romantic Villa is a beautiful property located on the main road leading to Manuel Antonio. Everything we wanted/needed was within a 10 minute drive and, other than my initial fear driving up the steep driveway to the property, everything was perfect. The ACs worked great, the pool was relaxing, and the views were amazing. There was even a huge iguana that slid down the power lines one morning to munch on foliage by the pool! Can't wait to return!"

"We chose this location for the majority of our honeymoon trip in Costa Rica. We were looking for privacy and extravigance, mixed with nature and a local vibe. This place checked all of the boxes and then some! It was as if we had rented our own private botanical garden. Donald and Nicole were very helpful they treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our trip special. The hotel has a charming hacienda-style vibe, with a beautiful pool right in the middle surrounded by lush gardens. My kids practically lived in the pool, and I loved relaxing nearby while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the location was perfect for exploring the area while still feeling like a quiet retreat. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!"
