「The way the 3rd bedroom was makeshift in the basement was not really stated well. It was very musty. Also, the only way from inside the house to the 3 bedroom in the basement was a very unsafe stairway. Thirdly, the Jack and Jill bathroom is only accessible through the bedrooms.
