Great home base for North Conway and area outdoor plans, we kayak and hike and this was a great house for a familt and friends get away, shufflebard bonus in basement, plenty of room and great firepit under the shooting stars! We had some quick questions and the vacassa host service responded almost immediately. Im sure it would be awesome in winter for ski and winter sports lodge too.

Ski Getaway

Our family of four really enjoyed our ski weekend at Mountainside Memories. Very convenient to Attitash and more than enough room for us to spread out and be comfortable. The downstairs area was great for keeping all our ski gear after a day of skiing and the shuffle board table and hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great ski getaway!

Friends Weekend

Overall the property was nice and worked well for our group. We had issues getting into the home and had to spend 15 minutes working with the customer service rep to get in. The house was not up to the standards of cleanliness we would’ve expected. There was no propane for the grill and none was delivered even after we asked

Great property for families except for the mice and Vacasa

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights. We were 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The house layout was great for a big group like ours. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and essentials so we wouldn’t have to buy again things like salt and pepper. The firepit and jacuzzi were a nice plus that we enjoyed during our stay. Now we also had a couple of issues with our stay: - mice issue: my brother in law heard mice running in the walls during our first night. The next day, we found mice droppings and a dead mouse in one of the glue traps that was set in the washer/dryer room. We also opened one of the bunk beds we didn’t use the first night and found what looked like mice droppings. We ended up bringing everyone who slept in the basement the first night on the main floor for the second night. And some had to sleep on the couch. - 3rd party managing the property: all communications go through a property management company called Vacasa. This wasn’t ideal. They have their own app and email you separately/outside of the vrbo app with instructions but my biggest complain is that communication is slow and more difficult. Overall i really liked the place but because of the mice issue and Vacasa acting as an intermediate I don’t think I would rent again.

Bedroom locked on arrival - property manager not helpful at all.

On arrival the master bedroom was locked and not accessible for our party of 9. We made many calls and texts to the property manager, with no service at all. We were on our own. I would not book with this property manager again.

Ski trip success

My family and I have been coming to NH for 7 years now for our annual ski trip! We decided to try this place out and we loved it! Super close to the mountain and everything we needed. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was perfect! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Girls weekend

This was a large , tastefully decorated home with sleeping for 10. There was ample space for all of us to be together(which was helpful because it rained!), and lots of space to separate out as well. Fully stocked kitchen.

Great stay!

Great space, close to Attitash. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day in the slopes. It was the perfect house for enjoying a week in the mountains with family.

A great vacation spot!

Wonderful gathering of 4 generations

This home accommodated us perfectly, from young adults to my 91 year old mother. Plenty of room to gather as well as private space when needed. Very clean and well equipped. Fire pit and hot tub a plus. Private, quiet and close to many area activities…greatly enjoyed hiking/biking, water holes, beautiful mountains, and to the top on the Cog. Felt at home as soon as we arrived. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you for sharing your home.

CT to NH

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the property. We liked the hot tub, playing Corn Hole and sitting by the fire. We relaxed often as well took in a hike, North Conway and the sites. Unfortunately, there were lots of bugs in the house upon our arrival, as if the people before us left the doors open. Also, the previous guests never cleaned the grill nor the grill utensils. We had trouble getting the code for the garage to put the garbage away and it took three days and three text messages to finally get that the day before we left.

Great house for whole family

Loved the house and the amenities. Hot tub was a huge hit with everyone. Also, loved the large outdoor dining table. Weather and location was perfect. Only issue was the floors could have been vacuumed better and we had issues contacting the property manager on two different occasions.

Great getaway

Thank you for letting us use your amazing home! We were 3 adults and 5 kids and your home provided more than enough space for us. We were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us to explore the trails and rivers during the day. The fireplace and hot tub were the perfect places to relax in the evening and the kids had the whole lower level/tv/game room to themselves. We had an amazing time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

This house doesn’t disappoint! Spacious, yet very cozy. We enjoyed sitting by the fire after a day of hiking. The view of the mountains while in the outside hot tub was incredible. I would recommend this house any time of year. So much to do just minutes away!
