「Kilkea Castle was a wonderful stay. Last minute we booked a room in the Lodges; unfortunately, the actual Castle was all booked up. This didn’t lessen the experience though. The lodge room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and had a fairway view. We were also able to use the facilities in the castle itself. We weren’t there to golf and that was just as well as the course was closed for maintenance. As a golfer the course did look like a premium course, and I’d love to go back for...

「We loved everything about Seven Oaks - parking was plentiful, room was very clean and large, restaurant was convenient and delicious - but the standout feature was the helpfulness of the staff. Aisling and Declan welcomed us in and made us immediately comfortable. Hospitality is taken seriously and we were very appreciative.」

「This was a great place! The car park was around the back of the building with plenty of spaces. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. We ate in the bar restaurant and the food was delicious. Our waiter, John, gave us excellent advice on things to see and do in the area and Trish, one of the managers, went above and beyond with hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「I had an okay stay. The location of the apartment back behind the main building was unexpected. Not bad. But walking outside to get to the bar or back around the bar to get to my car was something I would have preferred being more aware of ahead of time. The TV didn’t work properly (sound but no picture) and the WiFi didn’t reach the room, so I had to walk down the dark alleyway to the bar to use the WiFi - it was to late in the day during a one night stay to try contact anyone to fix these...
