"Host was responsive and friendly. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was perfect. Location was good. Street traffic was noisy and one bedroom’s windows were across from a streetlight which was difficult to block entirely. Window air conditioners were extremely noisy but consistent so I often woke up when the unit turned back on.Upstairs in the double bed room there was a humming in the wall that wasn’t consistent so it sounded like an electrical issue. My daughter was sleeping in there and came to the conclusion that in case of a fire she would not be able to get out the window if the stairs were blocked. Backyard was very pleasant, especially in the morning.Glad there were beach chairs in the basement. We enjoyed ourselves and the many walks we could take because of the proximity to the bike path, Colt State park, and Clemens."

"The property definitely has a lot of room, and is separated nicely. Some areas are in need of a little repair and there is NO hot tub. The property owner was very attentive and answered any questions right away. All in all a very nice family vacation."

"We loved our stay at this property. Everything was clean and they provided plenty of towels, wash cloths and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen while not large served our needs for a vacation kitchen. The layout of the rental is a little quirky and the room doors didn't always latch, but this is to be expected in a rental that was built in 1760. They have a cute little sign on the front door that says this house has seen the revolutionary war. But some of that quirkiness is what made this place very charming. The front room with stain glass is beautiful and the perfect place to work from "home" or to setup your makeup/hair station. Which is what my teenage daughter did. I had some very basic questions for the host and he was always very quick to respond. I was initially a little unclear on the parking situation, but they put up parking signs while we were there. The location in the quiet town of Warren is wonderful. We enjoyed the library next door, and a walk down to town beach at sunset. The bike path is conveniently located at the back of the property and can be access from the parking lot next door. If we had brought bikes, we would have used that a lot. It is also a short drive to Newport and Providence. So there is plenty to do close by."
