Wifi was unreliable but everything else was okay. They could use a workstation for those who need to do computer work.

Nice view and welcome feel from PIC staff but it was a journey to get to our room which was at Oceania B tower.

The hotel was clean and organized but the furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Overall my family enjoyed the stay. One thing for sure is the staff were very friendly and easy to work with when asking questions or needing assistance.

My room wasn’t clean, the balcony really needed a cleaning bugs were living on the chair. There was lizard poop. I had a better experience there in May but this time the experience wasn’t so great. views were amazing and beach

From the reception, food & beverage, housekeeping, and management, they were attentive, welcoming, helpful, accommodating, and joyful & pleasant! We look forward to returning for many more years. The rooms and the oceanfront views were spectacular, impressive, and impeccable! viewsand
