The hotel is fantastic with great decoration. The rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The bed and pillows are really comfy for a good nights sleep. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Sites Barranquilla is an excellent choice, thanks to its exceptional staff and welcoming atmosphere. After a long trip, Julianne, Natalie, Juan, and Cesar at reception made us feel at home with their professionalism and kindness. Even the night receptionist, whose name I missed, was incredibly attentive and courteous. The room service and jacuzzi team, including Stephany, Sandra, and Mario, were outstanding. They kept everything spotless and were always courteous. Mario went above and beyond, trying to warm up the jacuzzi water, though it remained cold—something management should address. Waiting for the sun to warm it up was amusing but not ideal. Breakfast service, led by Brenda and a new chef, was good but inconsistent. Food was often leftovers and not warm, requiring us to request freshly prepared dishes. While the chefs were accommodating, this could improve to match the hotel’s reputation. The fitness room, temporarily relocated to a windowless space, felt claustrophobic, so we chose not to use it. The restaurant and bar, however, were a delight, with excellent food and drinks thanks to the chef and bartender. Unfortunately, the lack of ambiance, such as romantic lighting or music, diminished the experience. Better advertising of these services could attract more guests. Despite minor shortcomings, the incredible staff makes this hotel a gem. I highly recommend it and hope management improves areas like breakfast and jacuzzi maintenance to enhance future stays

A little shaky

All was good except I was a little disappointed that I was charged a fee to bring my own beer to drink while at the pool. On top of that I only drink corona and the sites did not sell corona for me to buy. Thats the reason i brought my own. And quite weird I had to pay the restaurant attendant in cash.
