The rooms are not properly cleaned at all. Found a used contact lens upon arrival. Later on found a hair clip in the bathroom. Everything else is good.

I loved staying at the SANA Berlin! The hotel is on a quiet street with grocery, shopping, and public transit options nearby. The staff was incredibly approachable and hyper focused on making the stay a lovely experience. The room I stayed in was quite large with ample storage space for those that overpack. I would definitely stay here again!
