「Incredible resort. Plenty of pool space and deckchairs. We had used the wellness centre for the gym, jacuzzi and indoor pool which were all clean. The staff went above and beyond for us at every point of enquiry- they are truly a credit to Tivoli and our time would not have been half as good without their politeness and helpfulness. Ample food provided at mealtimes with lots of options for vegetarians. We felt so relaxed here. We also enjoyed access to two beaches: one is a 10 minute walk...

「A little bit of a walk to the beach, but beautiful once you get there. View the ocean from your balcony. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and never short of anything.」

「ホテルのすぐそばにビーチがあり、子供たちは何度も行って遊びました。部屋もベッドも広く、テラスから海が見え、快適でした。お願いすると電子ケトルとベビーベッドを用意してくれました。冷蔵庫、バスタブもついていました。次の日に船に乗るツアーに参加したのですが、レセプションで手配してくれました。夜はレストランでブッフェを頂きましたが、美味しかったです。朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったですが9時頃はとても混雑します。アルブフェイラの街中まで少し距離がありますが無料シャトルバスがでています。これに乗れなくてもタクシーで6ユーロほどでした。ファロ空港までは空港シャトルをお願いして40分で45ユーロでした。」

「The Tivoli is an extremely large facility with several “wings” of rooms Negotiating our way around was interesting at first but we got used to it Several restaurants on site The staff were very helpful There is a shuttle to the beach which was very convenient Enjoyed the stay」

「From check in to check out the whole experience was excellent, staff all very pleasant and attentive. We didn’t realise it was a paddle venue when we booked but that only added to the stay 」

「Excellent hotel with stunning location overlooking Praia da Rocha. The staff were always very helpful. The hotel’s common areas merits its 5 stars, although the room is rather outdated and could benefit from some renovation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay 」
