The Water Run villa in Bari is a portion of a villa with a private fenced garden for your exclusive use, designed to guarantee relaxation and comfort at any time of day. There is no truly enjoyable holiday without the chance to enjoy a private garden, an intimate retreat where you can relax in total freedom. In the garden you will find a private heated seasonal pool with a counter-current swimming system, allowing you to enjoy refreshing swims in warm water from May to September, at any time: early in the morning or under the stars, relaxation is always guaranteed.



The villa is 300 metres from the sea and adjacent to an equipped beach. Public transport connections are available nearby. Torre a Mare is 4 km away, while Bari city centre (Teatro Margherita) is 7 km away. The property is spread over two floors: on the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and a mezzanine (180 cm high), fridge and TV. Amenities include: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, barbecue and outdoor shower. A cot and high chair are available. The property offers two parking spaces. Up to three pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted on the property. Four bicycles can be provided on request and there are cats in the surroundings. Further information is available on site.

Net huis. Maar geen luxe. Was wel schoon. Een apparte opgang buiten naar tweede slaapkamer en badkamer. Uitzicht op zee was alleen vanuit slaapkamer boven. Het lag aan een erg drukke weg waardoor er veel lawaai was hele dag. En aan een minder mooie kant van Bari. Was in dat gedeelte niks te doen. Je hebt er wel een auto nodig.

A lovely Italian Holiday

My husband, my 6 year old daughter, and I had a lovely stay at Water Run for our first vacation to the Bari area. It was a short car ride to many beautiful places and we appreciated the private pool on the really hot days and nights. The house is on a busy road but we felt very secure behind a remote controlled gate. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and easy to reach. We made a mistake with our scheduling and needed to stay another night, and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend the house for a relaxing place to unwind poolside after days of exploring the nearby attractions.

Das Haus an sich ist schön , der Pool hat auch der Abkühlung dienen können , aber leider ging die Poolheizung nicht , generell könnte einiges ausgebessert werden. Die duschen sind nicht für große oder breitere Leute ausgelegt. Man wohnt direkt an einer Straße , die abends einer Rennstrecke gleicht. Nebenan wohnt eine Dame die viele Katzen hat , anfangs fanden wir dies mit unseren Hunden ganz okay , bis wir feststellten das die Katzen krank sind. Also war es immer ein Krampf unsere Hunde fernzuhalten , da die Katzen einfach auf unser Grundstück spazieren können nach Lust und Laune. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden , man hat alles was man benötigt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation fand nicht auf deutsch statt wie in der Anzeige steht das auch diese Sprache gesprochen wird. Weiterempfehlen würden wir diese Unterkunft aufgrund der Lautstärke der Straße und Katzen nicht. Aber ansonsten haben wir die Auszeit dort genossen.
