We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here.

Nice spacious apartment with 2 good sized outdoor areas. Very friendly owners helped to create a relaxing stay. Lovely swimming pool and location opposite the sea

As we walked into the property the pool was the color of yellow/green and was not accessible. They had a rope around the gate so no one would go in. The host spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. She kept telling us to WhatsApp and it didn’t work. She told us to get on the internet with her code and it didn’t work. The place literally had a room with a bed and garden tub. In this one room. You had to step into the tub to get out of the room. The bathroom was like a closet. We were in total shock and left immediately. We didn’t even take pictures we just wanted out of the place. We still can’t believe how horrendous this place was!!! There should be some way that Expedia checks pictures the host sends to verify they are correct!!

Ilmoitus harhaanjohtava, antaa kuvan että on siisti ja lähellä rantaa hyvillä palveluilla mukaanlukien aamiaisen saatavuus. Paikka on kalajalostamon vieressä ja ranta on kelvoton. Lähimmät palvelut ovat kahden kilometrin päässä ja asunto on epämääräinen kellari asunto joka on siivottu huonosti. Hyvä asia oli että vuokraaja oli mukava ja lämmin henkilö sekä että tilasi taksin aamuksi valmiiksi. Mielestäni tämä asunto sopisi paremmin toisen palveluntarjoajan alustalle, ei Hotels.com alustalle.

Ce qu'on a aimé : - Proximité de l'aéroport, d'un beach bar à piscine, et d'un petit port - Parking gratuit (dans la rue en face de la résidence) - Propreté de la salle de bain - Frigo avec fruits et eau gratuits remplis tous les 2 jours Ce qu'on n'a pas aimé : - Il ne s'agit pas d'un vrai hôtel mais plutôt des appartements avec une grande cuisine commune. - La résidence se trouve en face d'un grossiste de fruits de Mer, donc livraison de camions (y compris le soir) et parfois très bruyant - Nous sommes arrivés en début juillet et la piscine n'était pas disponible car hors saison selon la dame, or nous avons choisi cette résidence pour la piscine et que sur le site il n'y avait aucune indication sur la période de l'ouverture de la piscine de la résidence. PS: je n'ai mis que les photos des points négatifs, ça ne veux pas dire qu'il ''y a pas de ponts positifs, c'est pour ça que la note globale est de 3/5
