"Matthew (spelled diff in France) was an excellent host and was quick with any questions we had about the area. We have no complaints at all! The breakfast is what we expected, room cleaned each day. One block from the marina and restaurant choices. my wife's only complaint was the French eat dinner so late! D-day festivities were close enough for a quick drive down country roads. Love the area. Will definitely stay again! "

"Hotel was clean and fresh. Next door to diners, so very easy. Also very close to major routes out of Cherbourg."

"We chose and confirmed a room that specified a view of the harbor. This was not a request; this was the description of the room. When we checked in we were told that a harbor view room was not available.Our room had a view of only the backs of some old buildings. In addition. there was a large support column in the middle of the room combined with a sloping ceiling that blocked access to the right side of the bed."

"informed them of my disabilities prior & got a ground floor room as agreed, but no tiolet seat,had to ask for loo roll, it had a bath,so i was unable to shower for 3 days, asked for a cup for a drin & told no, offered to pay for a cup they said no, bed 18" from door& very low,need i go on?nevever ever stay with them again!!! staff rude & not interstedplease do something about this terrible place... extremly ascould'nt get in, never ser"

"Les propriétaires du gite sont au petits soins même quand on arrive vers 22h. Tout est impeccable avec de bonnes choses à manger et beaucoup de petits plus. Je vais revenir dans ce gîte dès que j aurais à travailler près de Cherbourg. Je recommande vivement."
