「Matthew (spelled diff in France) was an excellent host and was quick with any questions we had about the area. We have no complaints at all! The breakfast is what we expected, room cleaned each day. One block from the marina and restaurant choices. my wife's only complaint was the French eat dinner so late! D-day festivities were close enough for a quick drive down country roads. Love the area. Will definitely stay again! 」

「This was in the perfect location for us, and although a couple imperfections (wifi didn't work for us - probably needed to reboot router; room was a little cold - radiator never felt very hot), overall we had a very pleasant stay. Comfy bed, decent en-suite bathroom with spacious shower cubicle. We didn't opt for the breakfast, but the dining room looked nice and the breakfast was reasonably priced at 13 Euros. 「We arrived in Cherbourg by sailboat, but the journey had been rough and we were feeling cold wet and tired, and wanted a nearby place to recuperate, rather than sleep on our boat in the cold weather. This place was ideal. We had good wash and sleep, and was refreshed for our onward sailing journey.」
