"This place is incredible and unique! We were just passing through but wish we were staying here for days. Property is stunning and the service is the best we’ve seen in Italy. Got a glass of wine at check in while we filled in our options for breakfast (best in 2 weeks in Italy) and optional dinner (equally outstanding). Their wines are also quite good. You will not be disappointed!"

"Our stay was really nice and we really liked the hotel. As it is further away from the centre of Bardolino we walked the stretch everyday, which was quite long in the summer heat. But we felt it was worth it to avoid the crowded places and to get a more unique experience. By staying here you not only get an incredible view of the lake but you also get to stay in the middle of a beautiful vineyard and an olive grove. "Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"We were in Bardolino for my stepdaughter's wedding. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in the downstairs unit and my husband and other family members stayed in the upstairs unit. It was so wonderful to all be together. There were 18 of us but it didn't feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony with the view was to die for. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!"
