"For whatever reason we were not provided the instructions for digital check in and arrived at the aparthotel not able to gain access. Had to phone Expedia customer service, rather drawn out affair and in the end relocated aparthotel that was actually in the ski resort rather than being a few KM away. Would recommend staying in resort rather than being outside of it, as there was nothing around its location either."
