Fabulous hotel with great views.

We felt like royalty from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The views were incredible in every direction. Snacks and drinks in the lounge always welcome after a long day exploring. We enjoyed our spa visit and the pool was best visited after 5pm. Poblenou has some wonderful places to eat and drink.

Good property at a convenient location, near to the beach and freeway. Ocean view rooms are available. The daily complimentary happy hours are very good with a wide spread of wine and other liquors, food and other snacks. Breakfast needs more variety though, it’s the same every day. Well connected. Taxi’s are parked right outside the hotel which makes it easier for quick in and out.

Excellent service from the staff. The Level had its own reception area and we were made to feel special. Staying at The Level also meant we were entitled to certain benefits such as snacks in their lounge area, the pool and spa which were added bonuses, definitely felt like 5*s. Our (city) view from the room was nice too. The hotel is located in a quieter part of town but not too far from the centre. It’s within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and there is a shopping centre nearby. I would recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The room was nice and had a good view but The service wasn’t great. Left my room service tray outside my room and it took 2 days for anyone to collect it. The spa was utterly dreadful- the jacuzzi was cold and the entire place needed to be refurbished. I ended up giving up on it after 10 mins and they refused to reimburse me and told me I could come the next day instead (I decided not to). The reception staff were helpful and friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.
