    Duplex penthouse with a private terrace located in Barcelona’s “Quadrat D’Or,” in the heart of the Eixample district. Enjoy a drink or a nice dinner on the private terrace after exploring the city.
    Ideal for couples or families of up to 4 members.

    IMPORTANT:
    The apartment has a tourist license and operates
    in full compliance with local legislation.

    Please note that at least 72 hours before your arrival, you are required to comply with the following legal requirements:

    1. Under current Spanish law, all guests (including minors) staying in tourist accommodations must REGISTER ONLINE before their arrival. We will send you a link so you can register online.

    2. Additionally, before your arrival, you will need to pay the TOURIST TAX for the city of Barcelona through VRBO. We will send you a payment request so you can confirm it.
    Current rate: 9.5€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights per guest)
    Minors under 17 years of age are exempt.

    Once we have received the guests’ information and the tourist tax has been paid, you will be sent the “Akiles magic” link to access the building and the apartment, along with an explanatory video on how to use it
