This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. I booked it randomly and ended up being impressed. The location is excellent—within walking distance to lots of tourist spots, shops, and restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious for European standards and had a very modern feel. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.

This property is the epitome of the perfect European hotel. The best part about it was the walkable location in a safe area close to sites and public transportation. The hotel was nice, clean, and great stay for young children. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

very clean and modern hotel with a great location. Very walkable to Las Rambles and the Gothic Quarter. The staff was really friendly even loaning us umbrellas for our morning walk with a little bit of rain. Restaurant and bar on site and they had evening entertainment with music while we were there as well. I would definately stay here again.

The hotel was near everything. The staff was welcoming and supportive. Always smell nice. Rooms were very nice and came with everything you need.

The hotel was great, clean, conveniently located and at walking distance trom many historical places such as La Sagrada Familia, casa Batllo, the upscale shopping district and many others. Chamell, & Ivanna were outstanding. We also would like to recognize the EXCELLENT service, professionalism and kindness we experienced from Javier, the breakfast supervisor. They are all assets to the Eurostars chain in our opinion. We are definitely going back again!

Nasty reception thick girl w glasses, Great hotel+

Great rooms and the pictures are exactly as the hotel is. Having said that, the staff do not smile and are not welcoming. Would take my business elsewhere next time.
