Finally, the loft has an ideal location for those visiting Barcelona and its surroundings as of the proximity to those. Hence, you will rapidly reach Montjuic, the main museums, Plaza España, Camp Nou, teatros de la avenida Parallel, Sagrada Familia, Placa Catalunya, la Pedrera, Casa Batlló... For example, you will reach the Picasso museum within 10 minutes only and the Palacio de la Música Catalana within 15 minutes.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
